The 'Vulnerable Cultures' Workshop

A culture is defined by the stories it tells. So often, the clients I work with as a psychotherapist endure workplace cultures that are characterised by negative, harmful, untrustworthy stories and behaviours, lacking in safety, creativity, and aspiration. It isn’t long before strong people leave those cultures; not long after that, good employees begin to underperform, take time off and become unwell.

Transforming Workplace Narratives

The Vulnerable Cultures Collection comprises full-day and half-day workshops, together with one-to-one and small group coaching and support for leaders, managers, and staff. Together we explore the impact of vulnerable, open and authentic leadership and how all of us can be part of that exciting delivery.

A good work culture isn’t just important; it's vital.

Authentic Leadership

Vulnerable Cultures isn’t simply a pre-packaged presentation or a convenient way to be seen giving training to your staff. As a mental health specialist and expert in cultural development, our partnership can play a key role in shaping your workplace and culture for years to come.

Testimonials

Jon adds humour to what can be difficult subjects emotionally. The main challenge with mental health is engaging men, and I believe Jon is perfect for this as a naturally engaging and open person. His 'Vulnerable Cultures' workshop is incredibly impactful, addressing sensitive issues with empathy and insight. Jon's work as a psychotherapist has been outstanding from day one, a testament to the therapist and man he is.

Jon talks about mental health in a way that is charismatic and unique yet highly relatable. Hearing about his own experience and what he has gained from it, and in turn can pass on to others, is inspiring. This epitomises his style as a therapist, which is extremely friendly and empathetic, but with a guiding hand and challenge or questioning where appropriate.
